How to represent your company and its products at ODOK 2010

We suggest the following ways to present your company at ODOK 2010:

Exhibitor Information

How to Book

To book floor space in the exhibition, please choose a location from the floor plan. Due to space availability the majority of the booths have a standard size of 3x2 m.

Please mind: You can only choose booths represented by empty squares in the floor plan. Filled squares indicate that the respective booth has already been booked by another exhibitor. For a printable version of the floor plan (registered booths not marked) click  here.

Fill in your company details, a contact person (for questions and for billing) and your preferred booth number in the following online registration form. Immediately after submission of the form, you can check that the booth is indicated as registered by your company in the floor plan (see mouse over text). If the booth is not indicated as registered, please contact our webmaster, .

Deadline for registration of booths is July 23, 2010.

Exhibit Space Rate, Equipment and Installation

The cost per square meter of exhibit area including electricity and Internet (WLAN) amounts to € 120 for the entire duration of the exhibition. If you prefer to be connected to the LAN of the University of Mining Leoben, this service is available for a one-time activation fee of € 42 and a daily net usage charge of € 12 (all prices incl. VAT).

Upon request, the installation contractor AMB Ausstellungsservice u. Messebau GmbH & Co KG, 8010 Graz, Messeplatz 1, can be hired for setting up exhibition booths. This service will be invoiced directly to you by AMB (for further information and booking, please contact ). The order booklet for booth equipment and the order form for a complete standard booth can be found in our download section.

Exhibition venue, opening hours and opening reception

The exhibition takes place at Erzherzog-Johann-Trakt, in the foyer surrounding the staircase. The lecture halls are located at the left and at the right side, adjacent to the foyer.

Exhibition opening hours are

  • September 22 and September 23 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • September 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Exhibits/booths can be installed on September 21, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and must be dismantled on September 24 until 6 p.m.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on September 22 at 11:30 a.m. following the official opening ceremony of the Conference. Exhibiting companies are invited to prepare receptions for their visitors – an excellent opportunity to display their individual character and creative power. You are welcome to bring food and beverages, but you can also order from the University’s caterer via .


Company Presentations as Talks, Info-Lunch or White Papers

You may present your company and its products in a 30-minute talk and/or submit a company presentation as supplement for the conference documents folder (White Paper). You may choose a product presentation given by a member of your company or a customer experience report. As the company presentations will be integrated into the main programme, only a limited number can be accepted. € 500 will be charged per presentation (company presentations as well as customer experience report) or White Paper.

We can also offer to organize a limited number of info-lunches (max. 3) during the 90-minute lunch break on Thursday. For room reservation, please contact . Snacks and drinks should be ordered directly from the University’s caterer at .

Please submit the topic of your presentation, an abstract (1.200 characters max.) and the speaker’s biography (approx. 250 characters) to by June 11, 2010. You will be notified by June 18, 2010, whether your contribution has been accepted. Along with the letter of acceptance, you will be informed about the date and time of your presentation and further details.


Conference Bag Information Material

Adding information material to the conference bag is an additional way to inform participants about your company. For exhibitors, this service is free of charge, from other companies we charge a service fee of € 100.

One or several brochures per company will be accepted. Please send 300 specimens of each brochure by September 1, 2010 to

Conference Programme Advertising

Participants will receive a printed conference programme including the abstracts of the presentations at the conference office. You are welcome to place your advertisements in the conference programme (print space 95 x 190 mm).

  • Cover pages, full colour: € 1.000
  • Full page in the text section, b/w: € 800
  • 1/2 page in the text section, b/w: € 400
